#3 Applied Computer Solutions Ford Mustang GT

2003 Grand Prix of Long Beach winner, Trans-Am Series


Boris Said will drive the #3 Ford Mustang GT sponsored by Applied Computer Solutions.   Boris Said is a fan favorite at racetracks around the world on both road courses and ovals.  He has built a solid reputation as a winner in every series and is known as one of America’s premier road racers.  Said’s extensive knowledge of racing has lead to his latest career as a commentator on ESPN NASCAR Now. 

In 2009, Said drove the #3 Ford Mustang Cobra at Road Atlanta and Laguna Seca.    Boris Said started with the ACS Express Racing team in 2000 and gave the team their first Trans-Am Series victory in Las Vegas.  In 2002, he earned the 100th win for Ford Mustang in the long running Trans-Am Series.  Said was a powerhouse in the 2002 Trans-Am Series season driving a Mustang Cobra and Panoz Esperante winning 6 races (11 podiums) to clinch the Championship. 

Besides the Trans-Am Series, Said has driven with the ACS Express Racing team in SPEED World Challenge GT, Rolex Grand-Am Road Racing Series and the 25 Hours at Thunderhill.  He has been instrumental as a test driver during development of the ACS Express Ford Mustangs.

Boris Said’s racing resume begins in1987 at an SCCA Club race and expands to include every make and model vehicle participating in the following series:
